Rental Inspections

The City of Cedar Springs and Pierson Township both contract with Imperial Municipal Services for rental inspections. Lance Gates, a mechanical inspector and zoning administrator for IMS, processes rental registrations and inspects rental properties for Cedar Springs. Chris Elzinga, an electrical inspector and rental inspector, processes the rental registrations and inspects rental properties for Pierson Township.
